Juventus left-back Alex Sandro says it was the Bianconeri’s rich history of success that made him want to join the club.
The Brazil international’s decision to leave Porto for the Turin outfit was borne out of the belief that he could improve and grow among experienced players at Juve, while also being able to compete for multiple honours.
“Juventus are a great team with a great history,” the 25-year-old told Sky Sport Italia.
“The club always aim to win all competitions which is why I chose to come here.
“Here, I have found experienced players which I continue to learn from, as they help me mature and grow tactically stronger.
“The coaches and my team-mates are also helping me. I am surrounded by champions and I am sure we will continue to fight in all competitions.”
